Простым изменением реестра фон папки в Windows 7 не получится изменить - нужно еще и библиотеки dll корректировать, либо свои добавлять. Тем не менее, существует способ менять фоны папок Windows 7 и даже устанавливать в качестве фона папки любое изображение.
